Opening HoursOur Customer Services Contact Centre is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 8.30am to 5pm, and on a Wednesday 9.30am to 5pm. The Contact Centre deals with calls for all of the Councils services including Benefits, Pest Control, Planning and Waste and Recycling Telephone No. : 01424 787000The Council Offices are open from 8.30am-5pm Monday-Thursday and from 8.30am-4.30pm on Fridays. There are three Community Help Points across the district that operate an appointment system for new benefit claims. Most enquiries can be dealt with on the phone therefore it is recommended to phone the Contact Centre on 01424 787000 if you are unsure prior to making a special trip to our Community Help Points as it may be a wasted journey. Bexhill Community Help Point is open from 8.30am - 4.30pm Mon, Tues, Thurs & Friday. Wed 9.30am - 4.30pm Battle Community Help Point is open from 8.30am - 4.30pm Mon, Tues, Thurs & Friday. Wed 10.00am - 4.30pm Rye Community Help Point is open from 9.00am - 5.30pm Mon, Tues, Thurs & Friday. Wed 10.30am - 5.30pm Outside of these times, the Council operates an Out-of-hours number for Emergencies only on 01424 787868If you wish to contact us by email, please use the form below.
