Performance ManagementThis section is about how the authority manages its performance so that it is able to deliver its aims and objectives.
The Council has a series of integrated plans and processes in order to monitor its progress and ensure that it is achieving its Key Aims and Executive Priorities. A simple pyramid diagram of our performance management framework is available as a word document under Media. Corporate Plan Our Corporate Plan, was first published in May 2006. The Corporate Plan covers 10 years, from 2006 to 2016. It has been refreshed on a regular basis. A full review is taking place now, from autumn 2011 into spring 2012. Progress on the existing Plan can be monitored through our Annual Report and Performance Plan (see below).
