Moving house with your brown bin

If you are moving house, find out what happens to your garden waste subscription.

Moving house in the Rother District

From this year the service is now property based rather than the registration being to a person as it had been previously.  This means the service is linked to the property and cannot be transferred to another property should you move.  If the property you are moving to already has a service in place you will inherit this for the remainder of the term.  Please be aware if you are moving to a property without a garden waste service in place then you will be required to register and pay as a new registration.

Let us know your new address by contacting customer services.  Please remember to leave the brown bin at your old address in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

Moving house outside the Rother District

If you move away from Rother your service will stop, unfortunately we cannot provide any refunds on this service.  Please remember to leave the brown bin at your old address in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
