We are very pleased to be able to support our businesses by regularly running training courses on food hygiene and safety.

We deliver Food Hygiene for caterers at Levels 1, 2 and 3 all certified by Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance (OFQAL Regulated since 2008)

All fees include a course handbook, exam fee and certificate (where applicable).

For group bookings of ten or more a Group rate will apply. The Course may be delivered at your workplace on a convenient date to you. Please contact Paul Elphick on 01424 787643.

Cancellation

Our courses are very popular and we often have people on a reserve list. Therefore if places are booked and need to be cancelled, please give at least five working days notice before the start of the course. This allows us time to fill cancelled places, otherwise the full fee will be charged.
