The Active Women project has released its programme of activities for April to July 2012 inclusive.

The Spring Programme, running from 16 April to 22 July (excluding 7 May and 4-10 June) 2012 is now available to download:

Active Women January to April 2012 programme released!

A joint project between Hastings and Rother, an initiative to get women motivated, active and healthy has released its programme of activities for January to April 2012 inclusive.

The Active Rother project is based in Rother District Council's Leisure Services Team. The main areas that the project has been developing are:

• Girls Getting Active
• Active Rother Over 50's 
• Teenage multi-skills and obesity
• Active Rother Outdoors
• Active Rother Small Projects

The Active Rother website is a partnership initiative between Rother District Council and the Hastings and Rother Primary Care Trust. The aim of the website is to encourage healthy lifestyles through highlighting the range of activities in the Rother area, giving tips and advice on getting active and for places to be active. The website has just seen a complete overhaul to improve navigation and make the site more user-friendly. Since March 2007 there has been over 27,800 searches on Active Rother. If you haven't visited the site.....why not?
